Job search is now predominantly on line, and many jobs are hidden or never advertised, so you need constantly updated skills and tools to help you identify and apply for jobs.  After many years of experience in HR roles I can give you feedback on your CV and interview style from the recruiter's point of view.  I use a strengths and achievements approach on CVs and show you how that can be adapted for a LinkedIn profile. Interview practice increases confidence and enables you to have some power in the application process. More details

Debriefing and Confidence Building

This is a damaging time. Egos get knocked, confidence gets shattered. No matter the logic behind the decision for a redundancy, it becomes a time of powerlessness for the affected individual. I have been there, I get it! It is really important to me that each person is able to work through that and leave our sessions with a renewed sense of self-belief and confidence.
